On-Ramp Program

Carefully designed to create confidence in our newer athletes as they grow and learn.

CFDL offers a comprehensive one-on-one on-ramp session to get you fully prepared to take class with us!

*This session is required if you have no previous CrossFit experience*

Before you attend

  • Please contact us here to schedule your session
  • Scheduling is based on coach availability, so please also include your preferred times when reaching out
  • The session is approximately 1 hour in length
  • Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out waivers and other information
  • Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll work with you to schedule a session at a time that works for both parties

What we’ll cover

  • CrossFit class flow and procedures
  • Common CrossFit terminology
  • Fundamental powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and gymnastic skills & techniques
  • Member information & gym policies

What to bring

  • A water bottle
  • Clothes to get sweaty in!

What you’ll leave with

  • A strong starting base of knowledge and skills to prepare you for CrossFit & weightlifting classes
  • The confidence to get started with your new CrossFit membership plan!
