Join us for a group physical therapy setting for all the aches and pains that life (and CrossFit) have bestowed upon you. Each month will have a rotating topic/region of the body, with the first focus being on shoulder pain.
We will learn some of the anatomy/physiology of the area, tissue healing, what is fact vs. fiction, and some of the most common areas and causes of injury and most importantly how you can independently manage your own issues through therapeutic exercise and mobility.
